To begin any of our programs, a safety screening and consent process is required. We will also supervise, and help run your first in-home session after your installation. Unlike many other providers, we offer this complimentary service with no obligation to ensure accessibility for both new and existing clients, allowing more individuals to experience the benefits of HBOT with ease.
We offer full service delivery, installation and pick up with any of our rental packages. Our hyperbaric chamber home rental program allows you the flexibility to do up to 4 hours a day on your own schedule giving you up to 4 times your money’s worth from the convenience of your own home with the same medical grade quality and certified equipment. And we will even supervise a mini session with you to show you how easy it is to use a self-operated chamber.
With 24/7 access to our educational resources, in chamber customer service line and monitoring system, we are here to empower your holistic and whole body healing from the inside out. Hyperbaric chambers offer a unique therapeutic experience that enhances recovery and overall health.

To ensure a seamless setup and compliance with safety and operational guidelines, the following must be completed before delivery:
Delivery & Pickup Confirmation
Both delivery and pickup times must be confirmed at least 3 days prior to your scheduled rental start date.
If confirmation is not received, your rental may be delayed or rescheduled, and additional fees may apply.
Full Payment Verification
Full payment must be confirmed and processed before delivery.
Placement & Setup Area Confirmation
Clients must confirm the exact placement of the chamber within their home or designated rental space.
A photo of the area where the chamber will be placed is preferred to verify:
A minimum of 9 ft x 5 ft of clear space to accommodate the chamber and all necessary equipment.
Direct access to power (20 AMP outlet required).
Sufficient space for safe operation.
The area is free from fire hazards, water hazards, or obstructions.
Any furniture that needs to be moved prior to delivery.
We will also confirm:
The entry point to the setup area is at least 36” wide (no exceptions).
If stairs are involved, their width and accessibility.
The condition of the driveway (smooth driveways are required; additional fees apply for non-smooth driveways).
If an add-on generator is required (for locations without direct power access).
Completion of Educational Modules & Quiz
All educational training modules must be completed prior to delivery.
Resources will be sent out a few days before your reservation start date.
These modules provide essential knowledge on chamber operation, hyperbaric safety, and liability protocols.
Clients and anyone operating the chamber must pass the post-module quiz.
Failure to pass the quiz may result in your rental being canceled or rescheduled, and additional fees will apply.
If modules are not completed before delivery, the client will be required to complete them on-site before the supervised mini session.
Additional fees apply if this exceeds the 1.5-hour free delivery window.

The setup location must meet the following criteria:
Minimum Space Requirement: A clear area of at least 9 ft x 5 ft to accommodate the chamber and all necessary equipment.
Smooth surface driveway for easy transport.
Indoor garage or room with a covered, climate-controlled environment.
Direct power access (20 AMP outlet required).
Smooth, obstacle-free pathway to the setup area.
No carpet or rugs under the equipment (fire hazard prevention).
Doorways & entryways must be at least 36” wide (no exceptions).
The setup area must be dry, safe, and free from hazardous materials or fire risks.
Additional fees apply for:
Non-smooth driveways requiring extra setup time.
Indoor setups with steps/stairs (Stairs must be at least 36” wide).
Lack of direct power access (A generator can be provided at an additional cost).

Legendary O2 staff are not responsible for moving furniture or non-company equipment that obstructs the setup area.
Clients must ensure the designated space is fully prepared before our arrival.

All individuals planning to use the equipment must be present for both delivery and pickup to complete intake training and liability protocols.
Any person not present at delivery, who has not signed our consent and liability waiver, or who has not completed the required training modules is not permitted to use any Legendary O2 equipment.
All training modules must be completed before delivery. Resources will be provided a few days before your rental start date.
If training modules are not completed prior to delivery, clients must complete them on-site before the supervised mini session—this will count toward the 2 hour free delivery window. Additional time will result in added fees.

A government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) must be presented at the time of delivery.
Full payment is required before delivery.

To ensure the safety, integrity, and proper function of the equipment, the following are strictly prohibited during your rental period:
No Pets Allowed – Animals are not permitted inside or near the chamber at any time.
No Unauthorized Medical Treatments – The chamber is for personal wellness use only and may not be used for off-label medical treatments or procedures.
No Unauthorized Users – Only individuals who have completed intake training, signed the consent & liability waiver, and are listed on the rental agreement may use the chamber.
No Tampering or Modifications – Clients may not:
Attempt to modify, disassemble, or alter the chamber or its components.
Bypass safety features or adjust pre-set pressure settings.
Move or obstruct the WiFi monitoring system (tampering will result in additional fees and may void the damage waiver).
No Rental or Subletting – The equipment is for your use only and may not be rented, loaned, or subleased to a third party.
No Smoking, Open Flames, or Fire Hazards – This includes candles, lighters, incense, vaping, or any flammable materials near or inside the chamber.
No Food or Liquids Inside the Chamber – Spills can cause damage, voiding your damage waiver and resulting in liability fees.
No Improper Entry or Exiting – Always follow the provided safety instructions for entering and exiting the chamber.
No Exceeding Daily Usage Limits – Clients may not use the chamber for more than 4 hours per day (violations will result in additional charges and potential contract termination).
Any violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your rental contract, forfeiture of your damage waiver, and additional liability for damages.

The most common side effect is discomfort in the ears caused by pressure changes. To minimize the risk, patients learn to promote the adequate clearing of their ears during pressurization. There is also an In-Out Pressure Gauge that can be adjusted to speed up or slow own the pressure and depressurization if your ears are sensitive. Wearing our silicone earplugs can also help and are provided as a gift for FREE for your comfort!

WiFi Visual Monitor System:

The camera is aimed to monitor the client within the chamber as well as the other two pieces of equipment for fire safety and liability purposes.
Allows real-time visual help to be used in tandem with ou text support while in session. as well if there are any questions while our clients are mid session. Clients are able to text us from within the chamber and we will be able to help guide you through both visually and via text.
Our visual monitor system also helps our trained staff be able to check in virtually that the daily 4 hour treatments limit isn’t surpassing 4 hours.
Our virtual monitor system additionally allows us to make sure none of our prohibited behaviors are occurring within or around the chamber
Tampering with or moving the monitor will result in additional fees and may void the damage waiver agreement. Any damages that occur after the visual monitor is moved will be the sole responsibility of the client.

Sanitation Kit: Disposable sheets, pillowcases & disinfecting wipes are provided and MUST be used with every session.

The chamber pressure level will be set based on your needs at the time of your delivery so all you will need to focus on is your desired time and pressing start!
The most common side effect is discomfort in the ears caused by pressure changes. To minimize the risk, patients learn to promote the adequate clearing of their ears during pressurization. There is also an In-Out Pressure Gauge that can be adjusted to speed up or slow own the pressure and depressurization if your ears are sensitive. Wearing our silicone earplugs can also help and are provided as a gift for FREE for your comfort!

Every rental package includes round-the-clock access to our expert-led educational resources and training modules. Whether you're a first-time user or looking to optimize your sessions, you’ll have step-by-step guidance at your fingertips.
ALL EDUCATIONAL MODULES WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO DELIVERY. This is to ensure your familiarity with the equipment and safety features. Resources will be sent out a few days prior to your reservation start date. If the modules have not been completed and signed off on, the client will have to complete them during delivery, prior to the supervised mini session. Additional fees apply for added time over 1 ½ hour free delivery window.
Pre-Scheduled Drop-Off & Pickup:
Rescheduling may incur additional fees.
15-Minute Grace Period before late fees apply.
Mini 30-Minute Supervised Session at Delivery to help the client feel comfortable running the chamber by themselves. We want you to feel as comfortable and relaxed and confident in self operating the chamber as possible.
Text Check-Ins (First 4 Days): We will reach out the first 4 days to ensure your comfort as well as to see If you have any questions, or to ask if you would like one of our trained staff to come and supervise one of your sessions. Additional fees apply.
End-of-Rental Support:
We’ll contact you before your rental ends to discuss extensions (based on availability). Priority for availability goes to prescheduled and prepaid reservations.
Equipment rentals are typically waitlisted, so advance booking is recommended.

ADD ON: Additional Session Supervision: Need extra guidance? A staff member can return for $100/hour
ADD ON: Extending Your Rental: Depending on availability, our team will reach out a couple days before your rental is set to end to offer extending your rental. Pre Existing orders take priority over any last minute requests as our equipment rentals normally run on a waitlist and are booked out weeks in advance. However, cancellations and rescheduling pre existing reservations does happen!
ADD ON: Generator (for locations without a direct 20V power outlet). if client is not able to access power outlet of at least 20 Volts (Basic home wall outlet is great with direct power access)
